HIH Grand Duchess Maria Vladimirovna, head of the Russisn Imperial House, has been pleased to confer upon HSH Princess Victoria Romanovna the Order of Saint Catherine, First Class.

The order of Saint Catherine, created in 1714, is the earliest of the Russian imperial orders to be awarded exclusively to ladies.

This distinction makes Princess Victoria only the third living member of the Order as it is constituted today.
